The Community Arts Centre is managed by the Arts Guild on behalf of Stevenage Borough Council.

Facilities
The Arts Centre comprises a meeting hall with a capacity of about 80. There is a projection screen but users must provide their own projection equipment. Fourteen plastic surfaced tables are available and there is also a stage in kit form that can be built into a number of layouts. There are toilets, including disabled, and a kitchen with basic equipment such as fridge, water heaters and a kettle but users must provide their own cups etc. Some storage cupboards may be available for regular users.

The hall is not licensed for public performance, including free events, and hirers who wish to use it for this purpose must apply for an occasional event licence to Stevenage Borough Council.

Lettings
Members of the Arts Guild have first call on the hall and pay a small charge to cover cleaning costs. Currently the hall is booked all weekday evenings and for much of the weekend. There is some availability during the day and also early evening up to 7.00pm

Other voluntary arts organisations may book the hall at reduced rates. Bookings will be considered from commercial organisations such as dance schools at rates to be discussed.

The Arts Guild Management committee will not let the facilities for any form of private party or similar event.
