My ancestor was in the Royal Flying Corps, but his feet never left the ground - a talk by Steve Gooding

Steve will describe his research into his great-uncle who served in the RFC during WW1. He will highlight the problems he encountered and how he eventually discovered his great-uncle's contribution. The main problems? - he survived the war and he wasn't a pilot

Researching RAF ancestors in Bomber Command - a talk by Hilary Tily

In this presentation, Hilary will talk about a variety of sources, both official and unofficial, that can be used to research R.A.F. WWII Bomber Command aircrew.

The Ladies are giving a concert in aid of The Living Room, a local charity who exist to promote and provide access to quality treatment for those with addictions to drugs, alcohol and addicitive behaviours such as eating disorders and self-harming.
